Frequently asked questions

Is the Free plan really forever?
Yes. Everything that is free today stays free — we don't play the "free first, paid later" game. Pro only unlocks extra professional tools.
Do I pay separately for each product?
No. One plan covers every product — short links, QR, analytics, Bio pages, menus, forms, signatures and counters. This replaces the three separate plans we used to sell.
What happens if I go over my limit?
Nothing stops. Even if you exceed the email-open limit, your timers keep running until the end of that month — we'll simply suggest upgrading next month. If you hit the link limit, only creating NEW links is temporarily restricted.
How do I pay?
In Mongolia: bank transfer + VAT invoice, via the Khan Bank corporate gateway. Internationally: card (Stripe). Pay yearly and save 20%.
Is there any penalty for cancelling?
None. When your plan ends, your data is fully preserved and you move to the Free plan — nothing is deleted.
Is it true that NGOs and schools get it free?
True. Contact us from an official NGO, school, or hospital email and we'll grant you the Pro plan for free.
